Climate and Health Capacity Survey: 10 Key Takeaways

From September 2020 to January 2021, ASTHO collaborated with the University of Washington’s Center for Health and the Global Environment to survey state and territorial health agency staff to better understand agencies’ capacity to address climate change and extreme weather. Participants answered questions about health agency programs, as well as activities related to responding to climate change and extreme weather events. Here are the top 10 takeaways from the survey.
